What are your management fees?
The operational cost is baked into the investment size. So there are no further/hidden management fees. Just an upfront investment. That said, note that there may be additional capital required during year 1-2 to order more inventory if a product takes off and its needed.

- As far as inventory goes, we want to make sure we have plenty of capital ready for the first, second, and potentially 3rd order. Order size will vary based on the product cost.

- The investor is truly a silent investor. The agency grows the brand and makes all decisions.

- When we sell the brand, we also split exit profits 70/30.

- Amazon real estate is a HIGH risk, HIGH REWARD type of investment. If you are looking for a stable, steady investment, there are plenty of other ways to invest. That’s not this.
